When I do the numbers and JV outcomes verus heavy parent company dilution, my preference would be to split A1 with the potential strategic buyer/partner. Doing this reduces the dilution, and yes you split the EBITDA, but it works out better for the SP
In the end it's just an intellectual exercise at the moment, and TT might be right at the end of 2024 we might see prices rise to US$50,000, throwing all of our models in the bin. I hope so as I see that could turn a bad 2024 around in the sector
Anyway, this is what SLI is doing to get some upfront money on their way to raising the funds which is worth reading
