I wonder if that's because they've worked out LIKE MYSELF from the Mississippian Assay the other day , that Green Rivers DFS will have a substantial decrease in both CAPEX and OPEX for the same production .
Either this or CAPEX and OVERALL OPEX remains the same and the plant output moves to 20,000 Mtpa LCE or more .......
