It's not old mark it's new they submitted their request to the water board to repeal the issuing of extraction water right to GR that was awarded to ASN . It's just a letter atm but they did threaten legal action in the letter - either way both the letter and the legal action will be dismissed quickly due to the brine bill ultimately Salinas is the only one with any supposed gripe the others are just serial pests and if she doesn't watch out she may lose her own water rights as the Water board is now accountable to UDOGM on all brine matters ........
