If I was Bruce and co I would be looking into legal action on groups publishing miss representation and not providing actual facts. I am sure that would fall under defamation being published publicly and the loss of the company's market cap and shareholders value of at least 11.5 % in 1 day. .Disclaimer's in fine print is not good enough, a full retraction of articles that cause loss without complete factual evidence is a avenue ASN should be vigorously pursuing.
