I highly doubt you'll see that it past performance is any thing to go on . ASN never announced attainment of the permit therefore in there eyes there's no permit yet and they are still working towards attaining it as stated in presentations and announcements in addition to this the protagonists have issue with the state engineer NOT ASN there are shabby articles that even state some of the protagonists even stating this . I agree it would be nice for the company to shed light but ultimately what could they say that we don't already know ? TBH there's nothing to see here so let's move on .
