ETF can't do this it breaches theyre charter . The ETF also can't loan out the shares to short either unlike funds . Also it's important to remember at least 3 separate ETFs hold ASN that I'm aware of .
- Global X URA
- Global X ATOM
- and a German based EURO based ETF can't remember they're name atm .
