Benchmark's Giga USA in DC: Forging the Future of Critical Minerals!

Last week, our team attended the Benchmark Mineral Intelligence Giga USA conference in Washington, D.C., a gathering of industry leaders, investors, and policymakers dedicated to advancing the future of lithium and other critical minerals.

Highlights:
- Panel Participation: Our Executive Chairman, Bruce Richardson (pictured), joined the mainstage panel at the Gigafactories USA 2024 Conference alongside Nicholas Lugansky, Head of Mining at SLB;
- Keynote Speech: Hon Dr Kevin Rudd, Ambassador, Embassy of Australia to the United States, delivered an inspiring keynote address. Our team also engaged in productive meetings at the Australian embassy and consulted with Australian Government and AusTrade representatives;
- Engagement with Lawmakers: The team had fruitful discussions with Congressman Pete Stauber, Congresswoman Susie Lee, repreentatives of the U.S. Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee, and key representatives from Utah's congressional delegation; and
- White House Summit: Bruce Richardson, participated in a pivotal roundtable discussion on lithium at the White House.

The conference highlighted the crucial importance of strategic partnerships and deliberate engagement in propelling the U.S. lithium industry and shaping the nation's energy future.
