If it is someone accumulating, which is unclear on the buy orders, they are still managing to trigger stops when they push the price down so if they want more they wont stop.
Always hard to say if someone is accumulating or someone is exiting, still fears of a crash later in the year, so some may just be seeking to reduce their positions.
