As you say, they won't tell you anything of note.
I simply don't believe there is any effort being made to progress the Environmental Assessment. In fact, any effort is the opposite to progress.
It's been ongoing for how long now, 2 years or more?
From most recent Qtrly Report :
"The proposed processing plant site is strategically located ~10km from the well extraction site at the
Paradox Project, immediately adjacent to the Colorado River"
That 10km pipeline is what the delay is all about, in my opinion, however others may disagree.
So unless and until ASN are able to follow the same strategy as Green River by placing extraction wells next to the Processing Plant, the Environmental Assessment will remain "In Progress", in my opinion.
GRBP is the door that needs to be kicked open, so the process, with all its ESG credentials, can be put on full display.
