I can't understand why ASN are going full bore with the pilot unit and spending so much money when they don't have much left, when there is a halt on the water permit for environmental concerns. to me it's like a motorist been told to stop speeding but they ignore.
I do hope for ASN it works out, but for me in my opinion they should get the important water permit cleared first, because potentially this could be all for nothing? thoughts?
