The last raise was a master stroke- over subscribed by Instos @30c.

Way I see it Co will announce money upfront from 2 offtakers to partially fund GR build, with Koch & Govt also contributing substantially to the project.
Now money to pay for small incidentals may come from a Koch JV, but wouldn’t be surprised if Bruce does a small raise to Instos, or even SH to reward them, to make sure we have enough to drill Ajana, and maybe kickstart the Yellow Cat Uranium project.

Bruce has been really confident in his chats & presentations and he’s also ensured transparency in its Green River project.
Wonder if Man has ticked off these stages…
1) Got 2 pilot plants producing Lithium carbonate in the US
2) Involved all layers of Govt, right up to meeting in Whitehouse to ensure clarity and potential of project
3) Negotiated Offtakes for the project
4) Has local GR residents & local govt invested in the project
5) Has drilled a successful mineral & production well, to define a Jorc and start production in the US
6) Has been engaged in working with govt to create & define rules/regulations for lithium extraction & production
7) ETC ETC

Ticking off the boxes and already a leading producer of Lithium Carbonate in the US, with a clear path to become no 1 in the US

I agree in part, any upfront off taker money would be after the Kotch testing phase of at least 6 months, then maybe some money coming about a month after that, sure they may achieve some cash earlier, but less likely than 6 to 7 months time.
So they need to raise now, then latter on secure funding for a production plant from a partner after the initial testing phase has been completed.
