Koch wanted to invest huge money in Compass, but unfortunately that fell over! They actually still list the project and details on their website- so they REALLY NEED to replace that project on their site and have that cash available.
In the Ann with LG it mentions possible funding, and they’ve also recently invested in projects with upfront payments.
But, with a little bit of reading and research, you would have known that of course.
