This trading pattern still indicates to me that another big dump could be coming, the question is, how many more share does the URA ETF need to offload, and when is management going to get there act together and do a cap raise before they have to cap raise at 10 t0 20% less than the current share price.

all they will do is on market buys and sells .
More likely buys . Depends on funds money surplus
