Opex is ~$4400/t for LCE (using sunresin, likely cheaper with Koch ). current prices leaves 6,000/t profit to pay debt. If the whole thing has to be funded with commercial debt it will be a push but certainly good value. the thing is, if Koch comes into play, us govt tops up with funding/tech then it's all cream.
the water permits is garbage. we have a 12mth permit to experiment with and get DFS sorted but to also demonstrate how safe it all is. the long term permit will come in time . the watermelon lady's concern has done nothing to stop us from using these rights is my understanding.
