The only reason the "watermelon lady" concern has done nothing to stop ASN is because the report was put in after the cut off date, so that allowed ASN to still go full bore with their spend , even though the water permit is under a halt from state engineer pending an environmenal enquiry.
nothing isxdure now with these environmental issues so for me I feel ASN should slow the spend ,because not only is the li Market shocking but they only have 1 quarter of cash left
