1, the Li market has not improved and
2, the water permit is still under a environmental halt/review?

This is very possible you know, its all a big unknown ,not only the stock and the financials, but the general market conditions and the environment issue.

But ain't that the penny spec market, except ASN have a large MC of $135m, hardly a penny spec market cap just saying??hmmmmmm
