Wtf - how does ANYONE calc what the % of EBIT for debt repayments is BEFORE KNOWING THE CAPITAL STRUCTURE OF THE CAPEX FOR DEVELOPMENT!! NOT FING POSSIBLE!!! What if good old mate from the local pub throws in $300 mill ??? Melon - it’s not possible Furthermore - how can ANYONE calc what NPAT would be without the above ??!!!! YOU CANT !! Also- HTF can u Calc EBIT - when in all measures - IT SHOULD BE EBITDA ( at the very least) before any attempt at NPAT - MATE - you need to disclose your VERY ROUGH NUMBERS or AT LEAST PUT A STRUCTURE IN FOR CAPEX $$$ so people can either agree or disagree
