The first one was for approx 500 gallons of water per day which will support 50 workers/toilets etc and the second was to connect the sewerage lines to the main grid.
They said in the meeting that these are preliminary approvals and full approvals will be decided when all the evidence has been properly assessed.
It did not seem to be in relation to watermelons or Morgan Stanley's living rivers program.
