Compass have now withdrawn they're Lithium solar evaporation project on the Great Salt Lake after a dispute over Lithium rights with the Utah state bodies - to cut a long story short for Compass to pursue the Lithium rights further they would risk their current potash operations and weren't prepared to do this . Now that this is known it casts doubt on all agreements Compass put in place - the way I see it is Compass never had Lithium rights to begin with and therefore fraudulently entered into agreements this would allow all the other parties you mentioned the ability to exit all those agreements and move on . This is just my interpretation feel free to form your own .
