There's a couple of game changing possibilities in there - if Paradox production starts along with GR at a similar time frame (as is intended to be developed in parallel) with an ability to operate at a profit, there are only 2 Li producers I can list in that category.
You're right, funding arrangements will be key in getting us off the ground and will determine just how fast we can run
