Yeah it seems insto’s covered their short positions over a few days then reported the total when completed. It wouldn’t surprise me if they shorted and bought their own shares across a few different accounts.
Let’s see if they’ll pump their holding now, anyone with access to daily broker reports will be able to see who it is.
