Here is something I worked out this morning by listening to an interview with Bruce about gaining the UIC class V permit, it is the first ever classV permit given in Utah. Its to put back brine (minus the lithium, storage ).
Now the Brine Bill HB433 is about extracting and re injecting Brine for multi minerals. Given ASN are the only company in Utah extacting brine for lithium and then re injecting, who do you think will be the company chosen ?
