If LANXESS take 49% and KOCH take their cut SLI wont be left with much by the looks.

LANXESS has a right to participate in the project company up to an ownership of 49 percent, whereas the value of this participation would be based upon the capitalization of the project company.

Still it seems KOCH involvement bring DLE into the spotlight has helped SLI's share price markedly. Not to forget they pushed the CEO out the door for lack of progressing the company and replaced him with a KOCH mover and shaker.

I'm looking forward to ASN/KOCH pilot plant results and where they go from there.
