Koch has the money! The Koch/ Compass agreement saw Koch prepared to sink $252mil into Compass, and we all saw that fall apart- so Koch backing ASN with big $ is on the cards. Once Koch announce a finance deal, we could also see an LG offtake for product and another offtake from Ford/Panasonic. We also have the $330mil loan at our disposal.
I get the feeling Lots will drop quickly, and this small cap raise was last chance for shareholders before a big run of news over the coming months.
I must admit- I’m not sure how big a cash injection by Koch will be- as I also think Bruce wants to keep as much for ASN as possible- but I do know that we will soon have all the cards laid out- and there will be a clear run to production- and possibility it involves 2 plants… both running in parallel!
