It was enticing for somebody to bid for that price and that person was pretty sure nobody will buy 2mil shares at one go, they were willing to sacrifice a small amount if the share price could be manipulated to 0.120, it was just a futile attempt... but the manipulation is open secret now, hope these critters go away soon....
