Utah are supportive with making this arrangement - the lower royalty will certainly help the profit margins when lithium prices are around these levels.
Keen to see Anson get reinjection costs reduced which will further assist in minimising costs - this could be something that ASN has been working on in regards to the legislation mentioned in yesterdays announcement.
