I hope they put the grant applications in a while ago and just need to provide evidence of support as was highlighted in the last 2 ANNs to tick the last box for money to be released. (They did mention grants a while back in an earlier ANN).. I think there'd be a few more retail buying if this notion of another CR wasn't looming over ASN's head.
