yes, a lot of explorers came on line but I don't recall many actual producers, so how did an over supply happen ? Lepidolite?
Was the price spike a bit of a scam to get explorers spending money on the hard expensive work while the BEOT sat back and watched looking to see what they would M&A when prices returned to normal...?
