    Bruce is either…

    A:
    Up $H1T Creek with no paddle or cash to drill + develop any projects. He is struggling to find anyone willing to put into a CR at a respectable price, or maybe all the ancnoucments recently didn’t get the intend SP boost to allow atleast a mediocre CR.

    or…

    B:
    Awaiting funding from Koch or LG, they need a few more boxes ticked and he intends to save capital aggressively so he doesn’t have to CR at a joke of price.
