No Monkey business during the close auction, either there aren't that many bigger pockets holding or their clients are happy with what they've got and no account shifting required.
October usually a better month as the dividends get paid out soon and most will get reinvested by the super funds. Estimated $ 40b across the ASX. Could put a floor under the general market.
Double bottom tested at some US indexes, if they hold then a technical buy signal is triggered in the US. With a bit of luck there won't be a huge sell-off over there or even a bit green tonight which should support ASN in the coming days. But as always during those times, any correct predictions are difficult to be made.
