Yes quite a series of bizarre deals over at our peer;
- 25% Lilac ownership hinging on succesfull demo plant
- 10% WMC ownership at ($1.20) hinging on their own DD which also equates to 10% dilution to existing holders.
- an ATH of $2.65 in the last 6 months and sign a deal at $1.20
- two MOU's with Ford and Hanwa only to undercut them with an intermediate materials trader in the Netherlands??
A few holders left scratching their heads it seems judging by the lacklustre SP action so far...
Hopefully ASN don't go down the same path IMO
