No management in their right mind gives away a substantial shareholding in a company for development work, funding or services.
ASN doing things right and once a domestic off take agreement is in place funders including the US Govt will be all over ASN pushing funds down ASN's throat. The off take agreement is the key to funding and given ASN's JORC resource and future upgrades ands proven DLE tech an agreement will be signed soon.
