not the same mate. see you are out of touch with agms as you only went for a free lunch. wrong attitude. and fyi ive been attending for years except when covid rules stopped me seems they always had coffee biscuits small cakes and sandwiches as after a meeting generally the board would mingle and talk freely to share holders whilst having a coffee. and it didnt matter which company was having a meeting it was always like that.
i made a lot of money by attending various agms and listening to questions from the floor and the body language of the replies, plus kept on file the reports handed to me at the meeting.
