Iam thankful for your many posts which have helped me with myAustralian investments. I will try to reciprocate by sharing what I knowabout the Paradox Basin. BTW, I do not know the name of the JV butAnson's wholly owned Utah subsidiary name is A1 lithium.

Ireside in the US and have own Anson for over a year as well as two Canadian companieswhich are players in the Paradox Basin. Specifically, Pan AmericanEnergy located in the middle of ASN's tenements and Voyageur aformer Jr. miner that has made a strategic shift aimed at producingcontrast X ray products.The following article is an interesting read particularly the last portion dealing with Iodine.

Priorto this shift, VM initiated in 2016 an JV with ASN covering the initial 720hectares (Robert's Rupture) which are part of ASN's Paradox project. ASN's 2018 August and November presentations provide a good view on howhas ASN grown since the initial JV. As detailed below, it isinteresting over time to note how VM has viewed this JV.

Claims:

Anson’sParadox Brine Project covers 283 placer claims (see Figure 2),consisting of:

• 89 claims in which Anson holds a 10% interest and is earning a up to 70% in two phases with the option to then acquire the remaining 30% interest; and

• 194 claims staked by Anson at a cost of US$43,068 (US$222 per claim).

Underthe earn-in agreement for the original 89 claims Anson has offeredthe original holder of the 89 claims the opportunity to includethe new claims in the joint venture. Discussions in this regard areongoing.......

Mycomment:- Canadian companies must publish every quarter severalreports including a Discussion and Analysis report. With oneexception, the report's JV section has not changed since I went Long with VMincluding that Anson “has not completed the terms of the JointVenture agreement”. However, the last paragraph for the 8/31/22 report regarding VM'sIodine plans is new. Note the comment that the land size under the JV is720 hectares which means VM did not take the option in 2017. Dumb,dumb.

OnMarch 27, 2017 the Corporation signed a formal Joint Ventureagreement with Anson whereby Anson may earn up to 70% of the ULIProject by undertaking exploration activities on the project. Ansonearned a 10% interest in the ULI Project upon signing of the formalJoint Venture agreement and can earn further interests uponcompleting the following:1)·40% by defining the location(s) for one or more drill holes, issuinga NI 43-101 technical report, and 2) incurring US$666,000 inqualifying expenditures; and a further 20% by drilling and loggingone or more hole.
