An entry point really depends on your own goals.

Cheaper entry point is always better (buy some would say catching a falling knife), but if you intent to buy a fixed quantity of shares, say 1m shares, then 11 cents ($110k) or 15 cents ($150k won't matter much when it gets to $1 ($1m).

But if you intent to allocate a certain amount of $, then the cheaper the better. My entry point for LKE started < 10 cents back in early January 2021 and by now it does not matter much to me any more for the parcels I purchased at 9 cents or 60 cents for LKE.

I started buying ASN from 8.5 cents and kept buying up to 16.5 cents. Still bought more last week and this week.

If you read everything, it is now pending approval from the Utah government and when it gets the green light, it won't stay 11 or 12 cents anymore.
