hes not specifically referring to any one thing taking 6 months, it includes in his mind, all things "before we can finally make final investment decision"
6 months or so to FID, thats as per the timeline in the presentation
at NO point does he elude to funding taking 6 months or any timeframe on any specific thing, hell resource expansion is on the list, we havent heard ANYTHING about that and that most likely would take many months
read it however you like but right from the big dogs mouth, over the next 6 months or so before we can finally make the FID for All That
