asn have stated numerous times before that they are aiming for a 70/30 split of debt/equity so they will only need to raise $170m. then factor in a possible investment tied in from offtake agreements and that would drop even further. if the share price is 50c or more after offtake agreements and further drilling etc. we would only be looking at dilution of around 200-300 million shares, thats only 25% dilution not sure why you are so worried. asn still have a low number of shares on issue compared to peers.
