Brand new interview with Jigar Shah this time Joe Lowrys Global Lithium Podcast . Lots of little bits of info that IMHO directly relates to ASN . Topical points are as follows :
A)the LPO would look to fund US companies overseas to bring raw material to be processed in the U.S.
B)this processing narrative extends to non U.S. companies who are looking to process US raw materials in the US.
C) the DOE-LPO can’t comment on the loan process until conditional approval is attained, BUT COMPANIES “CAN” and “DO” keep investors informed of the loan process.
D) companies first have to make an application to the LPO , and based on this the application is accepted or rescinded, this may mean that the applicant needs to reword or highlight other aspects of the application before resubmitting !
E) after acceptance of the application the company submits all documents to the LPO where they vet the project scope including financials on completion of this process conditional acceptance is attained THIS CAN STILL BE ACHIEVED WITH OUTSTANDINGS.
