I would love to see them sign offtakes in the coming weeks that are for agreed supply only with no capital input or shares issued. A business locks up their supply, ASN firms the requirements of the DOE loan but no dilution takes place.
This means ASN can stick to their timelines and progress to construction, but buys some time to lock away better deals once the resource is upgraded.
I am hoping this is what Bruce meant in his interview about locking a couple away now, with more to come later. Think two 5kt agreements now for agreed supply at an agreed price, then when we up the resource and yearly output, another, bigger deal is done.
