The company has made no secret that 40% of plant funding is coming via equity, therefore a lot of potential buyers are waiting in expectation that they’ll pick up shares on the cheap via cap raise
what the company could do is clarify how that equity component is going to be sought-eg via strategic investor, offtake advance, etc etc
all imo
if it breaks 17.5 it won’t be pretty!!
