The wheat will sooner be separated from the chaff, with the possible prices some projects will probably become obsolete due to the question of costs and the players who have deposited far higher prices in their DFS will also have a huge problem! This will move the market massively, i.e. Bruce was absolutely correct with the conservative course at LI in the DFS from ASN, just perfect!
