It's probably not even worth responding to such stupid posts but Lion batteries are mass adopted, there are hundreds of high output Lion battery plants in existence and there are dozens more planned to be built in the US alone, for sodium batteries to 'replace' Lion, all those plants would need to close or reconfigure if that's even possible, there is one sodium ion battery car in existence, it has less range than a typical EV and it's long term performance is yet to be tested, either way the battery offers no major advantage over Lion plus it's less energy dense and loses a charge faster. A quick Google gives the answer we all already knew, will sodium ion batteries replace Lion? No, it is widely accepted that they will not.. In 10 years we'll know the long term performance of the BYD Seagull and by then we'll all be rich from ASN lithium
