"They don't have power" ......... if they did the BLM would have rejected ASN outright which has not happened.
Instead ASN has increased the resource regardless and moved to consolidate the region and permitting for PBP into private or state hands .
So yes SUWA SUCK but are NOT WORTH WORRYING ABOUT because there efforts are misguided and in time I forecast SUWA retracting their complaint .
This SUNNY is what is relevant .
