I hold both Vulcan and Anson and have always seen Vulcan as 6-12 months ahead of Anson...also don't forget the rally in VUL is very recent and at around 100% the last 3 months. VUL have been granted provisional approval of a large loan from the European Investment Bank at approx. $600m and the locals in Germany are very much behind the project.
But, VUL is only at the very beginning of its rally and has a long way to go - I would expect the same from Anson but there are still a few more risks.
