you buy them the same as you purchase all other shares. They are listed under ASNOB.
Yes you may exercise them immediately, or sell them at any time. To exercise them you need to pay the extra .025c per option to convert them.
You need to contact management regarding how to exercise your options. Usually you can arrange to Bpay for them or send a cheque.
