It's an interesting dynamic,

I agree, Mr Kumova certainly does come across as a salesman but his role in the company seems to be the corporate side of house and taking care of the interviews and presentations etc.

I recently watched a redcloud interview with Mr Ginn, It is clear that he brings the technical expertise to the team with the geological background but giving presentation isn't his strongest hand.

I'm yet to have any opinion with Mr Jewson. I can only go off his bio that he has a combination of both corporate and technical experience.

In my opinion these three personalities and strengths have the potential to create a strong management, there is plenty of experience between them and as long as their roles are well defined and decisions are made by those whom are qualified and with the greatest amount of experience.

Together they have the potential to take Aston to the next level and develop a tier 1 asset.
