0.27 of 2000 = 5.4pt
5.4 divided by 71% recovery = 3.78pt
5 year ave Nickel price is $14000ton divided by 2000 = $7pound
3.78 * $7 = $26.46
Total mining cost are $13 pt
26.46 - 13 = $13.46
40m tpa * $13.46 = $538,400,000
The exchange rate basically covers the tax rateSo in theory we are looking at +$500m ppa and that's using $14k Nickel price, its 50% higher at the moment.
No wonder Fitzgerald said these thing throw of huge amounts of cash when mining rates are around 40m tpa.Happy to be corrected if my math is incorrect.
