We all know about corporate spin and marketing hype, do we not, and so can you identify what "mass production" by Posco means - i.e. what actual volume is this? I suspect it means a scale up from laboratory to pilot with enough output to give to Ultium Cells LLC for their own trials.
Once GM announce that they will be producing EVs with the new battery technology, then we will know that this technology might fly. I have been involved previously with promising technology companies producing propulsion components for motor vehicles that do not finally succeed to know about the difficulties that are faced by suppliers of new technologies for the motor industry.
