    IMO. ASOF will re list on ASX as its aparently ? stated in the DOCA. Though only for a duration of time for ASOF to compulsory,ly acquire the remaining shares.
    I dont think ASOF intends to buy MST shares at .001.
    The company market value is not worth at present 100M which I think is 100 Billion by .001.

    Im guessing somehow the SP is re valued eg 5%
    of previous value due to the dilution. I guess also this would be in conjunction with a consolidation of the shares following dilution ?
