They ASPI have some cash on hand US60m as of the end of 2024. Also going to spin of QLE which might be a means to raise cash also if ASPI needs to have US150m buffer cash on hand for the US DFC loan. Could ASPI get a loan backed by QLE shares maybe if that's sufficient enough for the US DFC as it means the cash has been raised to meet the US DFC requirement for cash on hand who knows.
